however we have successful online business offering 100% no quibble 14 day return policy.
Returns - Should you wish to exercise your right to cancel, please notify us by email or in writing within 14 of you recieving the item, and the goods returned to our business address you have another 14 days starting from the day you cancelled your goods.

for a return code, which you will need to classify for a refund.
please return your unwanted items, unused and in their original retail condition and packaging (to avoid a void claim for a refund ) and returned to us using a trackable means of postage.
postage costs incurred during the return is for yourself to pay for and organise, and the cost of the goods will be refunded excluding postage .
As soon as the goods are back in our receipt, they will be checked by our Returns Department to ensure their condition which can take up to 7 days to complete.
Once all the above has been met a refund will be issued back to you by the means that you originally purchased.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, a replacement will be despatched to you upon receipt of the faulty item being returned. No additional charges will be made for replacement item delivery. If the item is no longer available or out of stock, a replacement of the same quality and value or a full refund will be offered . you must notify us within 14 days of delivery date. You will be provided with a returns number which must accompany the returned item. The item must be returned within14 days of receiving the returns number. You must take reasonable care of the item while in your possession.
As per the distance selling regulations we DO NOT accept returns on underwear, hosiery, wigsmake up

If You Miss Your Parcel
If you are unable to collect a missed parcel the Royal Mail and the alternative carriers will leave a calling card and instructions for your collection. Unfortuneately We take no responsibility for any non collected a parcels. If failure to collect goods from the postal depot/courierdepot, and the goods are returned we dont take responsibility for these items . We also take no responsibility if you provide the wrong address information. But we will try our best to help you all we can espcially tracking your item.
Exception to the right to cancel will only apply if the goods are made especially for the customer.
NOTE : If you give us the wrong mailing details on your order, we cannot accept responsibility for the order not reaching you. Please ring ASAP if the order needs ammending. We often despatch goods in a space of a few minutes of the order and take the original details as default.
If you email your changes to the order, we do try our best to respond as soon as we can, however it is very difficult especially during busy periods to respond in time. .
Order Cancellation: Pre-Shipment
If you wish to cancel an order or part order transaction before it is shipped, please do so immediately by email. You will be given an order cancellation number based on the time and date of the cancellation including communication method of the cancellation. Cancellations made via email will be timed at time of reading, not sending or receipt. You will not be charged any penalty whatsoever and your payment method will also be cancelled. If the order has been shipped, then the Post-Shipment cancellation will apply.
It always pays to order goods in good time.
(postage is not refundable in cases were the customer has not given us reasonable time(1) to ammend a fault, but wishes for a refund of the goods. Also post and packing costs cannot be refunded if you are simply excercising your right to cancel.)
